Information and communication technology is employed (ICT) to deliver a more dynamic education environment, e-learning has completely transformed higher education. The issues impacting the acceptance of e-learning must be recognized and addressed for it to be successfully implemented in Yemen’s public universities. The Yemeni administration has moved to implement e-learning that should be embraced at both public and private universities, but many challenges remain that must be overcome for the system to be effective. The determination of this study is to limit whether e-learning can be implemented at Yemen’s public colleges and to investigate the factors affecting pupils' behavioral intentions there. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the DeLone and McLean Model of Information Systems Success (D&M ISS) were two theoretical models that were used to accomplish these goals. A survey was carried out to gather information. from a model of 280 undergraduates from seven Yemeni public universities as part of a survey study. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was utilized to analyze the predictive behavior of the posited components in the research models. A survey was employed to collect informationthat students' behavioral intentions toward e-learning were significantly influenced by perceptions of perceived usability, system quality, and ICT infrastructure. The association relating these elements to behavioral aim was also mediated by user pleasure. The study concludes that when students find e-learning to be helpful and They are easier to use and more likely to be used.
